We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join the healthcare team at Private Advertiser. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our onsite clinic, ensuring that all employees receive the highest standard of medical care. You will act as the first line of defense in medical emergencies and provide routine health screenings to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Your key responsibilities will include managing patient records, coordinating with external specialists, and ensuring full compliance with local health regulations. You will also be tasked with maintaining the clinic’s inventory and equipment, as well as conducting health education seminars to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine health screenings and physical examinations for all employees.
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment when necessary.
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists for referrals and consultations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local health regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and medical supplies.
- Deliver health education programs and wellness seminars to staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Basic Trauma Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a corporate or clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medical ethics, and infection control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
