Join Murata as a Company Nurse and become an integral part of our commitment to employee health and wellness. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Occupational Health Nursing Assessment Program (OHNAP) certification to lead our on-site healthcare initiatives and ensure the well-being of our workforce.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for medical emergencies, providing expert first aid and emergency care to employees. You'll develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs that promote a healthy work environment and enhance employee productivity. Your expertise will also extend to managing compliance with occupational health regulations and maintaining accurate medical records.
As a key member of our corporate wellness team, you'll conduct health assessments, provide health education, and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees
- Lead and manage on-site healthcare services and facilities
- Develop and implement corporate wellness programs and health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Conduct employee health assessments and maintain medical records
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists
- Provide health education and promote wellness awareness among staff
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the Philippines
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing Assessment Program (OHNAP)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and occupational health standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound medical judgments
- Experience developing and implementing wellness programs is a plus
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation
