Brother is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. We are looking for a healthcare professional who is not only skilled in clinical care but also committed to fostering a safe and healthy work environment for our manufacturing employees.
In this role, you will play a vital part in our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives. You will be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance, managing employee health records, and conducting regular health screenings. The position requires flexibility, as you will be required to work on shifting schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage for our workforce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic health examinations for all employees.
- Manage the daily operations of the company clinic, including inventory and record keeping.
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external medical specialists and hospitals for employee referrals and consultations.
- Organize and facilitate health awareness programs, seminars, and vaccination drives.
- Respond to medical emergencies during both day and night shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a company or industrial environment.
- Experience working on shifting schedules is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health standards and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees effectively.
- Computer literate and able to maintain accurate digital health records.
