You'll be the first point of contact for medical emergencies, providing immediate first aid and emergency response while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Beyond reactive care, you'll design and implement comprehensive health initiatives, including vaccination drives, health screenings, and wellness campaigns that promote long-term employee vitality. Your expertise will also extend to coordinating employee benefits with healthcare providers and ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response to workplace incidents
- Conduct regular health examinations and monitor employee vital signs
- Develop and execute occupational health programs and safety initiatives
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for employee benefits and medical referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and prepare incident/health reports
- Lead health awareness campaigns and wellness education sessions
- Ensure compliance with DOH and OHS standards
- Manage medical supplies and equipment inventory
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
- At least 2 years of clinical or occupational health experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems
- Experience in health program development preferred
