- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health check-ups
- Monitor workplace safety compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Implement employee wellness programs and health awareness campaigns
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and disaster preparedness
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) with valid PRC license
- At least 1-2 years of occupational health or clinic experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Familiarity with DOH and OSHA workplace safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle emergencies
- Proficient in medical record management systems
- Empathetic approach with excellent interpersonal skills
