Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees
- Maintain accurate employee health records and medical documentation
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs
- Coordinate with external medical providers for employee referrals
- Assist in health promotion activities and wellness campaigns
- Support HR functions including employee onboarding and documentation
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations
- Conduct regular health screenings and vaccinations
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid PRC accreditation
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
- Proficiency in medical record management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
