Golden Win Empire Marketing Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Company Nurse to join our team in Valenzuela City. In this role, you will be the primary healthcare advocate for our employees, ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. You will play a critical role in managing occupational health, administering first aid, and promoting wellness programs tailored to our workforce.
The ideal candidate is a registered nurse who is passionate about industrial hygiene and employee welfare. You will be responsible for maintaining medical records, ensuring compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) occupational health standards, and providing immediate medical attention when necessary. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees during work hours.
- Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring, and maintenance of employee medical records.
- Ensure the workplace complies with all safety and health regulations set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Coordinate and implement company-wide wellness programs, health awareness campaigns, and vaccination drives.
- Monitor and manage the clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and submit accurate health reports to management and relevant government agencies as required.
- Conduct health screenings and fit-to-work examinations for new hires and current employees.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH training certification is a significant advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in a clinical/industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of local occupational health laws, DOLE requirements, and clinic management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and medical record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure during medical emergencies.
