Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical care and treatment for work-related injuries and sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, medical examinations, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, vaccination logs, and health reports.
- Promote wellness programs and educate staff on health, safety, and disease prevention practices.
- Respond to medical emergencies in the workplace with calm, efficiency, and proper protocols.
- Collaborate with management to enforce safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Administer prescribed medications and provide first aid assistance when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical nursing or occupational health.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common workplace injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees of all levels.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure medical situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in record-keeping and documentation.
