As our Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing first aid assistance, conducting health assessments, and implementing health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment. In your capacity as HR Admin Staff, you will support our human resources department with various administrative tasks, employee records management, and coordination of HR processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first aid assistance and emergency medical response to employees
- Conduct regular health assessments and maintain employee health records
- Implement and monitor health and safety programs in compliance with company policies
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave documentation
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, orientation, and training
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining positive workplace relations
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with current validity
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in occupational health nursing or company nursing
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and administrative procedures
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
