As a key member of our Santo Tomas City team, you'll ensure clinic compliance with health regulations, conduct health screenings, and serve as the first point of contact for medical emergencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily clinic operations including inventory, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards
- Provide immediate first aid, emergency medical care, and health assessments to employees
- Coordinate health programs including vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and HR documentation
- Support HR functions: recruitment assistance, benefits enrollment, and leave management
- Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols and compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals and follow-up care
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in corporate or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in basic HR practices and Philippine labor laws
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment in emergency situations
