Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine health assessments and pre-employment medical examinations to ensure workforce readiness.
- Provide immediate first aid, emergency care, and basic life support during work hours.
- Administer prescribed medications, vaccines, and health supplements to employees.
- Assist the HR department with employee wellness programs, leave management, and disability claims processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical and personnel health records.
- Conduct safety briefings and promote awareness of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized treatments or referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional License from the Philippines.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate, industrial, or clinical setting.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of occupational health standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient under pressure or in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software.
