Offshore Business Processing is seeking a proactive Company Nurse to join our Human Resources and Health & Safety team in the heart of Ortigas. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee wellness, ensuring that our workforce stays healthy, safe, and productive.
You will play a critical role in maintaining Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance, conducting health screenings, and providing immediate medical assistance. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first-aid care and emergency medical response for employees within the office premises.
- Conduct regular health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medical consultations for staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and health documentation for all employees.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and policies.
- Manage the company clinic, including inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with local health units and HMO providers for medical clearances and annual physical examinations (APE).
- Conduct health and wellness briefings to promote a culture of safety and disease prevention among staff.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical or occupational health nursing.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE-prescribed Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse employee concerns.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during medical emergencies.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Ortigas area.
