Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine pre-employment and periodic health screenings for all production staff.
- Provide immediate first aid response and manage medical emergencies within the facility.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company clinic, including inventory management of medical supplies.
- Monitor employee health status and administer prescribed medications or treatments.
- Collaborate with external specialists and hospitals for referrals and specialist consultations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records and health reports.
- Promote health and safety awareness through educational workshops and safety briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse workforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules or overtime as needed.
- Experience managing dormitory facilities or handling employee housing is a plus.
