PepsiCo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Nurse (Retainer) to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee health and wellness, ensuring that our workplace remains safe, compliant, and supportive of our workforce's physical and mental well-being.
As part of the PepsiCo family, you will implement occupational health programs, manage clinical documentation, and provide essential first-aid and triage services. We are looking for an individual who is not only clinically competent but also passionate about promoting a culture of preventative health and safety. You will collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to maintain health standards that align with both company policies and government regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first-aid care and basic medical triage for employees in the workplace.
- Conduct regular health monitoring and coordinate annual physical examinations for staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and health documentation for all employees.
- Assist in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly health reports to management regarding clinic utilization and health trends.
- Educate employees on wellness programs, disease prevention, and proper health habits.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Occupational Health Nursing or clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Basic knowledge of DOLE-OSHC regulations and occupational health standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
