Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-aid treatment and emergency medical care for employees in the workplace.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the wellness of staff members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation for all employees.
- Coordinate with the HR department to implement health and wellness programs, including seminars and screenings.
- Ensure the clinic is fully stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.
- Monitor workplace safety compliance and assist in investigating workplace-related accidents or health incidents.
- Prepare periodic reports on clinic activities and employee health status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
- Possess a valid BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training certificate is a strong advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in clinical, industrial, or occupational nursing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during medical emergencies.
- Proficient in documentation and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to match retail operational needs.
