Staff Alliance is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City. As the primary healthcare provider on-site, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health, safety, and wellness of our employees. This position is ideal for a licensed nurse who is passionate about occupational health and is keen to apply their BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training to create a safer work environment.
You will be responsible for clinical assessments, emergency response, and promoting health initiatives across the facility. We are looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between medical care and workplace safety standards, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal health protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-aid treatment and medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring, and wellness programs for employees.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE and occupational health standards as a BOSH-certified professional.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and incident reports.
- Coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services for medical referrals.
- Implement and oversee workplace safety programs and health education seminars.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and clinic equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- Must possess a valid BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in an occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE health regulations and medical documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive medical data.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and health reporting tools.
- Amenable to working on-site in Paranaque City.
