Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute evidence-based health and wellness programs for employees
- Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and occupational health assessments
- Diagnose and treat work-related illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
- Coordinate emergency medical responses and first aid protocols
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead health education workshops on topics like nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention
- Collaborate with HR to address workplace health concerns and implement safety measures
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) with valid Philippine medical license
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine with occupational health training
- Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational health or corporate medicine
- Strong diagnostic skills and emergency medical response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate diverse audiences
- Familiarity with DOH and OSHC regulations
- Compassionate patient-centered approach with cultural sensitivity
