Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment medical examinations to assess employees' fitness for work
- Provide immediate medical attention and first aid treatment for workplace injuries and emergencies
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records of employees' health status and treatments
- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety programs and protocols
- Conduct health education and awareness programs for employees
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists when necessary
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of health and safety policies
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with valid license to practice in the Philippines
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice or occupational medicine
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred
- Strong knowledge of workplace health regulations and standards
- Excellent diagnostic and emergency response skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality
- Willingness to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
