- Design and execute workplace health and wellness programs tailored to employee needs
- Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage work-related illnesses and occupational health conditions
- Implement emergency response protocols and first aid procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide health education and training to employees on preventive care
- Collaborate with HR on health policy development and workplace safety initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with valid PRC license
- Specialization in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical practice, preferably in occupational health
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong diagnostic and patient communication skills
- Familiarity with Philippine healthcare regulations and occupational health standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information
