We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Company Secretarial Assistant (Junior/Senior) to join the reputable team at Liang & Liang Sdn Bhd, a trusted provider of corporate services based in Johor Bahru. In this key role, you will ensure clients meet their statutory obligations by preparing and reviewing directors' resolutions, members' written resolutions, annual returns, and other essential corporate documents. Your work will directly support sound corporate governance and regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review directors’ resolutions, members’ written resolutions, and board meeting minutes
- Handle the preparation and filing of annual returns, share transfers, and other statutory documents
- Maintain and update statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016
- Assist in company incorporations, registration of charges, and striking-off processes
- Liaise with directors, shareholders, company secretaries, and authorities such as SSM
- Ensure timely submission of annual returns and statutory filings to avoid penalties
- Provide administrative support to the company secretarial team and manage correspondence
- Stay updated with changes in corporate legislation and advise the team accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a company secretarial firm or corporate secretarial department
- Professional certification (MAICSA, ICSA, or SSM License) is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and company secretarial software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
