As our Company Secretary, you will be the guardian of corporate integrity, responsible for maintaining statutory records, facilitating board communications, and ensuring adherence to the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain statutory records, registers, and minute books for board meetings and shareholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, and other relevant regulations
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for board meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes
- Advise the board and management on corporate governance best practices and regulatory changes
- Oversee share administration, including maintenance of share registers and handling of corporate actions
- Liaise with regulators, shareholders, and other stakeholders on corporate governance matters
- Manage corporate secretarial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional qualification in Company Secretaries (ICSA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial role, preferably in a consulting or multinational environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, and other relevant regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with board members and senior management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in corporate secretarial software and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional membership with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries (MAICSA) is highly desirable
