Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate corporate records, board minutes, and statutory registers.
- Prepare and review financial reports and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations and local business filing requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors as necessary.
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and high-level administrative functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accounting data is reconciled and up-to-date.
- Assist management in organizing board meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a secretarial, administrative, or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Familiarity with local business compliance and Philippine regulatory filings is a plus.
