In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients maintain high standards of corporate compliance. You will work closely with our experienced company secretaries, handling essential documentation, regulatory filings, and client communication. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory returns.
  • Maintain and update company registers and statutory records in accordance with the Companies Act.
  • Liaise with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for document filing and compliance updates.
  • Support the team in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and client onboarding.
  • Manage electronic document filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in the coordination of board meetings and general meetings for various clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial team to ensure smooth office operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in corporate secretarial work are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude toward client service.
