Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of statutory records, registers, and minute books in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Prepare and lodge annual returns, annual reports, and other statutory documents with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia).
- Liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Organize and support board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and distributing documentation.
- Manage correspondence related to company secretarial matters and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the incorporation of new companies and handle amendments to existing business structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate secretarial procedures and the Companies Act 2016 is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred (spoken and written) for client liaison purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A professional attitude with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
