Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment
- Transport patients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and report any changes in patient condition
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong physical stamina for lifting and transferring patients
- Compassionate demeanor with genuine care for others
- Clean background check and professional references
