Join ResultsCX as a Compensation and Benefits Associate and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee rewards strategy. This full-time onsite position in our Pasig City headquarters offers the opportunity to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer employee compensation programs including salary reviews, adjustments, and equity analysis
- Manage benefits enrollment, processing, and vendor relationships for health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits
- Prepare regulatory reports and documentation for SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and other government-mandated benefits
- Support annual compensation planning cycles and merit increase processes
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures documentation
- Assist in HR analytics projects related to compensation trends and benefits utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for employee interactions and stakeholder presentations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
