- Oversee end-to-end payroll administration ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Conduct comprehensive manpower cost analysis and budget forecasting
- Develop and maintain strategic compensation structures and benefits programs
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Prepare detailed financial reports on workforce costs and compensation trends
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams for integrated budget planning

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR finance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and tax laws
- Certification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CBP) preferred
- Excellent data interpretation and reporting capabilities
- Proven experience in budget planning and variance analysis
