Sterling Bank of Asia is currently seeking a strategic and analytical Compensation and Benefits Head to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Greenhills, Metro Manila. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive rewards strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent in the competitive banking sector.
As our Compensation and Benefits Head, you will leverage your expertise in market benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits administration to ensure our offerings remain both market-competitive and fiscally responsible. You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to optimize our total rewards framework and ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the bank’s total rewards strategy, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure compensation competitiveness.
- Manage the administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to provide guidance on compensation policies and salary adjustments.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements regarding employee compensation.
- Analyze payroll data and total rewards metrics to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
- Lead the annual merit increase and performance-based bonus cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within Compensation & Benefits.
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, specifically regarding benefits and payroll taxation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and advanced MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex pay structures to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
