You'll lead workforce cost forecasting initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance across the Philippines, and continuously benchmark against market trends to maintain Intertek's employer brand excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures, performance incentives, and benefits programs
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis to ensure total rewards competitiveness
- Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and global compensation regulations
- Lead annual benefits enrollment cycles and employee communications
- Develop HR analytics dashboards for compensation effectiveness tracking
- Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation reviews and job leveling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation analytics tools
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation highly desirable
- Proven experience with multinational workforce compensation strategies
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
