Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards and company objectives
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure compensation competitiveness
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and ensure proper job classification and salary grading
- Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries
- Analyze compensation data and prepare regular reports for management review
- Collaborate with HR team on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analysis software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
