Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support and incentive schemes.
- Maintain and update HRMS data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly compensation reports to support HR analytics and leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures related to benefits enrollment and payroll set-up.
- Liaise with insurance providers, government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and internal stakeholders regarding benefits queries.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and process improvement initiatives within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or C&B-related HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
