Join Studio Hijau Lumut as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. This position requires meticulous management of employee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You'll collaborate with HR leadership to analyze market trends, develop competitive salary bands, and enhance employee well-being programs. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that align compensation strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture through equitable and transparent reward systems.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Design, implement, and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures
  • Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws (BPJS, Jamsostek, etc.) and internal compensation policies
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation systems and salary grade structures
  • Prepare compensation reports and analytics for leadership decision-making
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, communications, and vendor relationships

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (Manpower Act No.13/2003)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret compensation data and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, CSCP) preferred
  • Experience in multinational or creative industry environments preferred
