Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefit programs aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations across multiple benefit platforms
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
- Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with HR team on salary reviews, job evaluations, and performance-based incentives
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and resolve compensation-related inquiries
- Support annual benefits open enrollment and continuous improvement of employee offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential for data analysis)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret compensation data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee interactions
- Certification in HR or compensation (e.g., CCP, PHR) preferred
- Experience in multinational company environments highly advantageous
