In this role, you will be the backbone of our employee rewards structure, ensuring that our team members are supported through accurate payroll processing, competitive benefits administration, and compliance with local labor standards.

You will play a critical role in maintaining employee satisfaction by providing clear guidance on benefit programs and ensuring seamless operational efficiency within the HR department. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
  • Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance (HMO), life insurance, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, leave credits, and benefit entitlements.
  • Conduct periodic benchmarking research to ensure company compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure full compliance with current labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal HR reports and payroll audits as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefit requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
