Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compensation and benefits management

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
