Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and refine compensation and benefits policies, systems, and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure Kao Indonesia's rewards packages remain highly competitive.
- Coordinate annual performance-based merit increases and bonus structures in collaboration with department heads.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, pension funds, and other welfare initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management regarding compensation trends and cost management.
- Ensure full adherence to local labor regulations and company standards in all compensation-related practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or C&B specialized roles.
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local HRIS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and tax regulations (PPh 21).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage high-volume administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
