Kao Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Executive to join our Human Resources team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining total reward strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational performance.
As our C&B Executive, you will not only manage the day-to-day payroll operations but also play a strategic role in market analysis, salary benchmarking, and policy development. You will ensure that our compensation frameworks align with both local labor regulations and global corporate standards, fostering a culture of excellence and fairness. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Manage employee health insurance, welfare programs, and other benefit schemes to maximize employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain internal salary structures, job grading, and compensation policies.
- Analyze HR data and compensation metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless administration of variable pay and incentive schemes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan, and PPh 21 tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and HRIS software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
