We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefit Specialist to join our HR team in DI Yogyakarta. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements while maintaining strict compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You'll leverage advanced Excel skills to develop comprehensive compensation reports, analyze salary trends, and optimize benefit structures. The position requires hands-on administration of BPJS (Jamsostek) enrollment, premium calculations, and claims management, while also supporting the implementation of employee wellness programs and performance-based incentives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in statutory compliance, payroll cycle optimization, and data-driven compensation analysis.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complete payroll processing cycle including data validation, salary calculations, and disbursement
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports using Excel for financial analysis and budget forecasting
  • Administer BPJS (Jamsostek) compliance including enrollment, premium payments, and claims processing
  • Design and implement employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Conduct periodic compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company compensation policies
  • Collaborate with HR team on performance reviews, salary adjustments, and merit increase cycles

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in payroll formulas and data analysis
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian BPJS regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements
  • Certification in HR compensation (e.g., CSCP, CCP) or payroll management preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software implementation
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
