Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures and benefit programs
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct salary surveys and prepare compensation analysis reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop job descriptions and evaluate positions
- Manage employee records related to compensation and benefits
- Provide guidance to employees regarding compensation policies and benefit options
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
