Erajaya is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Compensation & Benefits (Comben) Analyst - Assistant Manager to join our dynamic HR team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining competitive salary frameworks, innovative allowance structures, and total reward programs that attract and retain top-tier talent in a fast-paced retail and distribution environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain fair and consistent compensation frameworks across all business units and regional locations.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure Erajaya remains competitive in the industry.
- Develop innovative allowance and incentive schemes that drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Lead the annual salary review process, providing analytical support and budget forecasting for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies regarding remuneration.
- Manage job grading and evaluation projects, ensuring internal equity and external market alignment.
- Provide expert advice to department heads on compensation-related matters and benefit administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling and data visualization).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll tax frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale job architecture and grading system implementation.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
