Tanggung Jawab
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements
- Maintain and update compensation records in HRIS systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation policies
- Assist in annual compensation reviews and benefits benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and documentation
- Collaborate with HR team on benefits optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in payroll processing or benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Organized approach to multitasking and deadline management
