Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compensation and benefits policies that align with business strategy.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure organizational competitiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll administration process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance, pension funds, and other allowances.
- Collaborate with HR management to conduct job evaluations and maintain organizational structure integrity.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations regarding salary and benefits.
- Prepare comprehensive C&B reports and dashboards to provide insights for management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience specializing in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and tax regulations (PPh 21).
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity in handling confidential data.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex compensation structures to employees.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
