- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and company procedures via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Manage, track, and resolve HR tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accurate documentation and thorough follow-up.
- Process a wide range of HR transaction requests including employee data changes, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and leave management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates to promote high-quality and consistent service delivery.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior leadership or specialized HR functions as necessary.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information in compliance with data privacy laws and company policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by participating in projects and updating knowledge base articles for clarity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in an HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, or Administrative Support role.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive employee matters with tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
