Tanggung Jawab
- Design and administer competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks
- Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends to inform strategic decisions
- Manage annual compensation reviews and equity distribution processes
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams on budget planning and cost optimization
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems for compensation data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and CPF regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or benefits preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex benefits programs across diverse employee groups
