Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry benchmarks
- Oversee personnel administration including employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures
- Manage employee relations initiatives, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and payroll processing systems
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize employee engagement and retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or personnel management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP) is highly desirable
- Proven experience managing personnel administration and employee relations
