Are you an analytical HR professional with a passion for data-driven reward strategies? Gandum Mas Kencana is currently seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our growing HR team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our total rewards landscape, ensuring our compensation structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational business objectives.
As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes, administer employee benefit programs, and participate in salary benchmarking exercises. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll accuracy, ensuring legal compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and providing strategic insights to management regarding compensation trends. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high level of integrity and accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and tax reporting (PPh 21).
- Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance, pension funds (DPLK/BPJS), and other fringe benefits.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation packages.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate compensation and payroll data.
- Assist in the annual salary review process, bonus calculations, and merit increase implementations.
- Ensure full compliance with national labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits enrollment, and insurance claims with professional support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas) is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex compensation structures to employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
