Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Manage employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and tax requirements
- Analyze compensation data and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership
- Collaborate with HR and management on total rewards strategy development
- Manage annual compensation reviews, bonus structures, and equity programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits specialization
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) or Total Rewards preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
