Tanggung Jawab
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to design competitive compensation structures
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations across all project phases
- Prepare compensation analysis reports and documentation for HR leadership
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize overall HR processes and employee relations
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll-related compensation data
- Support implementation of new compensation systems and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP)
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is advantageous
