Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefit programs for palm oil operations
- Analyze market data to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry-specific regulations
- Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Conduct regular compensation reviews and benchmarking against industry standards
- Collaborate with finance department on budgeting and cost optimization
- Prepare detailed reports for management on compensation trends and program effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement through strategic benefits offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and social security regulations
- Experience in agricultural or palm oil industry highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Certifications in compensation (e.g., CCP) or benefits management a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
