- Design, implement, and maintain competitive regional compensation and benefits policies.
- Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, modeling, and performance calibration.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking studies to ensure talent competitiveness across the region.
- Manage complex incentive programs, including variable pay, short-term, and long-term bonuses.
- Provide expert advice to business leaders on compensation-related matters, offer structures, and job grading.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regional compensation regulations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to streamline reward processes and enhance employee value propositions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling and data visualization).
- Deep knowledge of regional labor laws and statutory benefits requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership.
- Certification in Compensation Management (e.g., CCP) is highly preferred.
- High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
